Aleem Dar

Aleem Sarwar Dar was born in June 6, 1968 in Punjab, Pakistan. He took to umpiring when he realised that he would never make it to the international side. As an international umpire his debut was in Pakistan vs Sri Lanka ODI match in February 16, 2000. His consistent faultless performances and polite behaviour makes him one of the successful umpire of his time. In 2003 he officiated in the Mens World Cup. By his faultless decision and great reputation he made his Test debut in October 2003. His greatest performances include faultless decisions in the 2003 and 2011 World Cups (DRS was used in the second; Dar had a 15-0 clean sheet). In 2010-11 Brisbane Test he kept him calm and gave all correct decisions. On the other hand, there were some incidents where he gave some wrong decisions. Such as the farcical last rites in the 2007 World Cup. He did not gave Stuart Broad out despite a clear edge in the 2013 Ashes, and calling a no-ball (that saved Rohit Sharma) in the 2015 World Cup quarter-final against Bangladesh. By 2004 Aleem Dar was a part of the ICC Elite Panel. In 2011 he was awarded the President’s Award for Pride of Performance. Aleem Dar has done a hat-trick of the ICC Umpire of the Year Award (from 2009 to 2011), he has also officiated in the most international cricket matches.

Bruce Nicholas James Oxenford also known as Bruce Oxenford was born on 5 March 1960. Bruce is an Australian cricket umpire and also a former Australian cricketer. After officiating his first ODI match he has been an ICC international umpire since 2008. After his ODI Debut as umpire his first Test match in 2010. Bruce was promoted to the ICC Elite Umpire Panel on 26 September 2012. He is one of the best umpires of modern day world cricket.

Christopher Gaffaney

Christopher Blair Gaffaney also known as Chris Gaffaney was born on 30 November 1975 in Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand. He is a cricket umpire from New Zealand and considered as one of the best cricket umpires in the world. Gaffaney made his umpiring debut in the year 2010 in the Canada vs Ireland match in Toronto. He served as an umpire on the ICC International Panel of Umpires in 2014. He umpired his first Test match in the South Africa vs Zimbabwe match at Harare. Gaffaney is the official umpires in the Tests, ODIs, and T20Is and also involved as a member of the ICC Elite umpire panel in 2015 and 2016.

Ian Gould

Ian James Gould also known as Ian Gould was born on 19 August 1957 in England. His ODI Debut as umpiring in England vs Srilanka at The Oval in 2006. He umpired his first Test match in South Africa v Bangladesh match at Bloemfontein in 2008. Before that he also served as the chairman of English football club Burnham FC. As an umpire, Gould officiated in 3 matches of the 2007 Cricket World Cup in the Caribbean. He was also promoted to the ICC Elite Panel of Umpires in 2009. He was the part of the high voltage India vs Pakistan semi-final at Mohali in the 2011 Cricket World Cup. Ian Gould retired from umpiring, after standing in the World Cup match between India and Sri Lanka in 2019.

Kumar Dharmasena

Deshabandu Handunnettige Deepthi Priyantha Kumar Dharmasena also commonly known as Kumar Dharmasena was born on 24 April 1971. His nickname is Unanduwa. He is a Sri Lankan cricket umpire and former international cricketer. In his cricketing career he was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm off break bowler. After his retirement from International cricket, Dharmasena announced plans to become a competitive umpire. He umpired his first international match in India vs Sri Lanka match in 2009. He is youngest ever Sri Lankan to umpire any international match. He was appointed to the Elite Panel of ICC Umpires after 2011 World Cup.

Marais Erasmus

Marais Erasmus was born on 27 February 1964 in South Africa. Now he is serving as an international cricket umpire. He stood in his first international match in South Africa vs Australia on 2006. His ODI debut as an umpire in Kenya vs Canada match on 2007. He was appointed to the International Panel of ICC Umpires in 2008. His Test debut as an umpire in Bangladesh vs India match in 2010. He was promoted to the Elite Panel of ICC Umpires in 2010.

Nigel James Llong also known as Nigel Llong was born on 11 February 1969. He is an International cricket umpire. His first ODI debut as an umpire in England vs Sri Lanka match in 2006. He umpired his first test match in 2008 between New Zealand and Bangladesh. He umpired in 2007, 2015 and 2019 Worldcup.

Paul Reiffel

Paul Ronald Reiffel also known as Paul Reiffel was born on 19 April 1966. He played in 35 Tests and 92 ODIs from 1992 to 1999 for Australia and also the part of Australia's victorious 1999 World Cup team. After retiring from International cricket he became a first-class cricket umpire. He became a member of the International Cricket Council International Panel of ICC Umpires in 2008. Paul is now a member of the Elite Panel of ICC Umpires.
